Update on Quitting Smoking
8 months since the first blog post, I spare myself the implicit debate of "To smoke, Or not to smoke?" and reflect for a moment.
A resolve which dissolved with the passage of time,
I hope to absolve this self-inflicted crime;
By taking this New Year's resolution as a crutch,
Which at least with drinking, has helped me much!
Feeling optimistic with a sense of a quaint cosmic influence which seems to have descended upon me today. Perhaps the initial signs of the receding winters (where the temp. isn't as unbearable as the past few weeks....brrr...hindsight being 20/20, I still despise those chilly mornings) have untangled a knot in the blogger part of my mind.
I could be wrong though, as transience is difficult to track, and even more difficult to quantify.
Ok, enough of the complex words and even more complex sounding thoughts.
Let's KISS and make up:
Keep
It
Simple
Silly
Dudes and dudettes, quitting smoking is hard! Actively quitting it without going through a radical and almost life changing experience, is harder still.
So now what?
We try again! That's what. We re-read everything we wrote, we re-think everything we thought and re-start on the path to pulmonary redemption.
Enough said. Let's hope this works out and if we fail, let's hope that we have the grit to brush off the dust and try once again
